diwakar@karunasharma.comWith over two decades of expertise in litigation and corporate practice, Diwakar Sinha brings exceptional depth to the DSA Legal team. He regularly appears before various courts, including the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court, handling matters spanning project finance, investment and concession agreements, power purchase agreements, criminal and civil appeals, arbitration, labour and service disputes, property litigation, and consumer affairs.
He is highly experienced in handling criminal matters, including trials, NI Act cases, quashing petitions under Section 482 Cr.P.C., as well as writs, revisions, and appeals before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, and other courts. He has represented clients such as Mother Dairy, Bank of Baroda, Prasar Bharti, and Tata Power Delhi Distribution Ltd.
